River Basin Commissions (Mid-Atlantic River Basin Commissions: Delaware River Basin Commission)

Amount Requested:Â $715,000
Intended Recipient:Â Delaware River Basin Commission
Description: This funding supports the Delaware River Basin Commission’s trusted, effective & coordinated management of our Delaware Basin’s shared water resources. This project ensures a sustainable supply of water that is of suitable quality to meet the needs of communities & businesses throughout the Basin.
Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Project
Project Location:Â Lakewood, NJ
Amount Requested:Â $1,136,000
Intended Recipient: Lakewood Township
Description:Â This project would fund the installation of solar-based electric vehicle charging stations across the township to provide 100% renewable, solar based charging. Each site will include cellphone charging stations, WiFi, surveillance cameras & emergency distress call boxes with battery back-up.
