Senate Republicans instead give a green light to Trump’s potentially endless war
WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, Senator Andy Kim (D-NJ) voted for a bipartisan War Powers Resolution to end President Trump’s unconstitutional war in Iran. After the vote he shared:
“The fact that the Republicans voted against this War Powers Resolution that was trying to reassert the Constitution shows just how much they are giving a green light to Donald Trump for this illegal and unconstitutional war in Iran.”
