Working for New Jersey – Funding Requests for Community Projects
Senator Andy Kim has submitted funding requests for important community projects across the state of New Jersey to the Senate Appropriations Committee. These are known as Congressionally Directed Spending (CDS) requests. Not every project may be funded as projects are restricted to a limited number of federal funding streams, and only state and local governments and eligible non-profit entities are permitted to receive funding.
Senator Kim certifies that neither he nor his immediate family has a financial interest in any of the congressionally directed spending items that he has requested in the Fiscal Year 2026. None of the entities for which Senator Kim has requested congressionally directed spending are for-profit entities.
